The short version

By using mmdigital.in ("the Site") or engaging us for marketing services, you agree to these Terms. They're meant to be fair to both sides — protecting our work and being honest about what you should expect.

Who we are

MM Digital ("we," "us," "our") is an India-based marketing studio operated by Manjot Waraich. We help Indian small and medium businesses grow through WhatsApp marketing, Google & local SEO, Reels & content creation, performance ads, and websites.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for general information about our services. You may:

• Browse the Site freely and read our published articles, guides, and case studies.
• Submit forms to contact us or request our resources (such as the WhatsApp Marketing Playbook PDF).
• Book a free strategy call via the embedded calendar link.

You may not:

• Copy, republish, or resell content from the Site without permission.
• Scrape, automate, or attempt to overload the Site.
• Use the Site to defraud, harass, or harm any third party.
• Submit deliberately false information through forms.

Free resources (the Playbook PDF)

The downloadable WhatsApp Marketing Playbook is provided free for personal and internal business use. You're welcome to share it with friends and colleagues, scribble on it, and apply the playbook to your business. Please don't resell it or pass it off as your own work.

Engagements (paid services)

Scope and pricing

When you engage us as a client, the specific scope of work, pricing, deliverables, and timelines will be set out in a separate written agreement (a Statement of Work or SOW) signed by both parties. The website packages (Starter / Growth / Scale) are starting points — final pricing depends on your specific business and needs.

Payment

• Retainers are billed monthly, in advance.
• Ad spend is billed separately and goes directly to the ad platform (Meta, Google) — not to us.
• Invoices are due within 7 days of issue. Late payments may pause active work.
• All prices are in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise.
• GST is applicable as per Indian law.

Cancellation

Month-to-month, no lock-in. Either party can pause or end the engagement with 7 days' written notice before the next billing cycle. We'll deliver any work paid for in the current cycle. We don't offer prorated refunds for unused days, but we won't bill you again after a valid cancellation.

What we promise

• To do our best work, every cycle.
• To report progress in plain English, monthly.
• To never run experiments with your money or brand without your approval.
• To never lie about results — the numbers are the numbers.

What we cannot promise

• Specific revenue or ROAS guarantees. Marketing is probabilistic, not deterministic. We commit to effort and process — not specific outcomes.
• Results in less than 30 days. Compounding takes time.
• Ranking #1 on Google for any specific keyword (no honest agency can promise this).

Intellectual property

Your content

You retain ownership of your brand assets, photos, customer data, and anything you provide to us. By engaging us, you grant us a limited licence to use these materials solely to deliver the agreed services.

Our content

We retain ownership of our frameworks, processes, templates, and tools. Once final deliverables are paid for, you receive full usage rights to the deliverables (websites, ad creative, content, etc.) — but the underlying frameworks and templates remain ours.

Site content

All text, images, graphics, and code on this Site are the property of MM Digital, except where third-party content is credited. You may share links to the Site freely.

Confidentiality

We treat your business information, customer data, and strategy discussions as confidential. We don't share, sell, or talk about it publicly without your written permission. This applies before, during, and after our engagement — indefinitely.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to deliver value. But we cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or third-party platform changes (e.g., Meta or Google changing their policies, banning ads, or shutting down accounts) outside our control.

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the fees you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Your City], India. Before going to court, we ask both sides to attempt good-faith resolution by email or call.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
