Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect the minimum information needed to do our work and respond to you. We never sell your data. We never share it without your permission, except where required by law. You can ask us to delete everything we have about you at any time — no questions asked.

This policy covers mmdigital.in ("the Site") operated by MM Digital ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

What we collect

Information you give us directly

• Contact form submissions — your name, business name, email or phone, and the message you write us.
• Lead-magnet form — your email address when you download our WhatsApp Marketing Playbook PDF.
• Booking calls — when you book a strategy call via Cal.com, we collect your name, email, and any answers to intake questions.

Information collected automatically

• Microsoft Clarity — anonymized session recordings and heatmaps. Clarity does not collect personally identifiable information by default.
• Standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site. Used to fix bugs and understand traffic patterns. Not linked to any individual.
• Cookies — small files stored on your device to remember preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser without breaking the Site.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your messages and queries.
• To send you the playbook and any follow-up resources you request.
• To schedule and run our calls together.
• To improve the Site (Clarity heatmaps tell us which sections work and which don't).
• To comply with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Who we share it with

We use a small set of trusted third-party services to operate. Your data is shared only with these processors, and only for the purpose stated:

• Web3Forms — receives your form submissions and forwards them to us by email. Privacy policy.
• Cal.com — handles booking and calendar events. Privacy policy.
• Microsoft Clarity — anonymized analytics. Privacy policy.
• Google (Workspace, Gmail) — email and calendar. Privacy policy.

We do not sell your data to advertisers, data brokers, or any other party. Ever.

How long we keep it

We keep the information you submit only as long as needed to do our work and meet legal obligations. Specifically:

• Form submissions and emails: kept for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete sooner.
• Clarity recordings: automatically deleted after 30 days (Clarity's default policy).
• Server logs: 90 days.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act 2023 and applicable Indian law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct any of it that's wrong.
• Delete all of it ("right to erasure"). We'll honour this within 7 working days.
• Withdraw consent at any time, including unsubscribing from any messages we send.
• Lodge a grievance if you feel we've mishandled your information.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it immediately.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Significant changes will be highlighted on the Site for at least 30 days.
